Instant shelter, straight off the side of your van. Free-standing, fully waterproof, with built-in LED lighting for the long evenings. Winner's choice of size.
Instant shelter, straight off the side of your van. The Latitude Wingman 90 is a free-standing 90-degree awning that swings out from your vehicle in seconds and gives you a proper sheltered space to cook, sit, shelter, or just watch the rain do its thing from the dry side. It's the little brother of the mighty Wingman 180, with the same build quality in a more compact package that suits smaller vans and simpler setups.
Setup is one-person, no-stress easy. Unzip the heavy-duty cover, undo three velcro straps, and the awning fans out into position on gas struts, carrying its own weight the whole way. It's completely free-standing, so nothing leans on your van or needs propping up, and when the wind picks up, the TwistLock drop-down legs lock it solidly in place. The fabric is 320g Ripstop Polycotton — the same material Latitude uses in their roof tents — fully waterproof straight out of the box, with the black colourway doubling as serious shade when the sun finally shows up. The powder-coated aluminium frame is built to handle proper weather, with rain tie-down points to keep water draining away rather than pooling above your head.
Two built-in LED light strips run along the arms, each individually switched, so your outdoor space stays warm and usable long after dark without a single extra cable. It mounts to a wide range of roof bars and racks with the universal brackets included, packs away into a heavy-duty PVC cover for the drive, and takes optional side walls if the winner ever wants to build it into a full outdoor room. The winner picks their size — 2.0m x 2.0m or the bigger 2.5m x 2.5m.
Swings out from the side of the vehicle in seconds — sheltered space to cook, sit, shelter, or just watch the rain from the dry side.
Unzip the cover, release three velcro straps, and the awning fans out into position on gas struts under its own weight. No wrestling, no group effort required.
The same fabric Latitude uses in their roof tents — fully waterproof straight out of the box, with the black colourway pulling double duty as serious shade.
When the wind picks up, the TwistLock drop-down legs lock everything solidly in place. Free-standing on calm days, properly anchored when it matters. Rain tie-down points route water away instead of letting it pool.
Two LED light strips run along the arms, each individually switched. Warm evening glow, no extra cables, no lanterns propped up on the table.
Pick the compact 2.0m x 2.0m (43 sq ft, 19kg) or the roomier 2.5m x 2.5m (67.5 sq ft, 24kg). Same build quality, same features, different footprint depending on what the winner needs.
The Wingman 90 is the compact answer to 'I want a proper awning but not the biggest one on the road'. Free-standing so it doesn't rely on the van, tough enough for British weather, and quick enough to be worth deploying every single stop. Rain tie-downs, gas-strut opening, and side-wall compatibility mean it scales from lunch stop to full basecamp.
One winner takes it home in black, in their choice of size. From £395 of upgraded outdoor living, delivered. Good luck.
