The contract for VannyCampers Subscriptions
VannyCampers Ltd • Effective: 18th May 2026
These Subscription Terms of Service govern your VannyCampers Subscription - the recurring product that gives you automatic entries into our Competitions for a monthly fee.
They sit alongside our Competition Terms & Conditions (which govern individual draws), our Privacy Policy (which covers your data), our Terms of Service (which covers your overall relationship with us), and our Acceptable Use Policy. Where these Subscription Terms and the Competition Terms & Conditions cover the same subject, these Subscription Terms take precedence in relation to the Subscription. In all other respects the Competition Terms & Conditions take precedence.
Short version. You can cancel any time, through your account or by emailing support@vannycampers.co.uk. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You also get a 14-day statutory cooling-off window from sign-up. After cancellation you keep entries already allocated for the current cycle but we will not bill you again.
1. Applicability and Acceptance
1.1 These Subscription Terms apply between you and VannyCampers Ltd (Company No. 13264401), trading as VannyCampers, whenever you take out a Subscription on the Platform (https://vannycampers.co.uk, our mobile applications, and any related sign-up flow).
1.2 You accept these Subscription Terms when you complete a Subscription sign-up and pay the first Subscription Fee. If you do not accept them, please do not sign up.
1.3 These Subscription Terms are governed by, and incorporate by reference, the Competition Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Definitions used in the Competition Terms & Conditions apply here unless we say otherwise.
2. Changes to these Subscription Terms
2.1 We may amend these Subscription Terms from time to time - for example, to comply with new law, to respond to operational or commercial changes, or to clarify wording. The current version is always shown on the Platform with the version date.
2.2 For material changes (changes that materially reduce your rights or materially increase your obligations), we will give at least thirty (30) days' written notice by email and by an in-account notice, and the change will only take effect at your next billing cycle. If you do not accept the change, you may cancel under clause 7 before the change takes effect.
3. Eligibility
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands to take out a Subscription. The eligibility checks set out in the Competition Terms & Conditions, clause 3, apply equally to Subscriptions.
3.2 A Subscription is personal to you. You must not share, resell, transfer or assign your Subscription, your account, or any allocated entries.
4. What the Subscription Is
4.1 A VannyCampers Subscription is a paid recurring product that gives you a set number of automatic entries into our live-draw Competitions for each billing cycle, plus any additional benefits described on the Subscription page at sign-up.
4.2 Live-draw Competitions launch on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month. Subscriber entries are allocated to the Competitions that are live in your current cycle. Where a Subscription tier includes additional draws (e.g. subscriber-only draws, secondary prize draws), those are described on the Subscription page.
4.3 Entries allocated to your Subscription are subject to the Competition Terms & Conditions for each individual Competition - including draw mechanics (clause 8), winner notification and KYC verification (clause 9), prize fulfilment (clause 10) and so on. Winning entries from a Subscription are treated identically to paid one-off entries and entries received via the free postal route.
5. Subscription Tiers and Fees
5.1 The tiers we offer, the monthly fee for each tier, the number of entries allocated per cycle, and any additional benefits are shown on the Subscription page on the Platform at the point of sign-up and confirmed in your sign-up email. Fees are stated in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
5.2 We may add, remove, or restructure tiers at our discretion. Where a change to an existing tier amounts to a material change to your Subscription, clause 2.2 applies.
5.3 Promotional pricing. Where you sign up at a promotional price, the promotional terms (including the discount period and the renewal price) are shown clearly at sign-up and confirmed in your sign-up email. After the promotional period your Subscription renews at the standard tier price.
6. Billing
6.1 Initial fee. The first Subscription Fee is charged when you complete sign-up.
6.2 Renewal fees. Renewal fees are charged on the working day(s) following each live-draw launch (usually the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month) for the entries that are allocated to those draws. We will show your next renewal date in your account.
6.3 Payment methods. Subscription Fees are taken from the payment method you save at sign-up (debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or any other method we may offer). You must keep at least one valid payment method on your account.
6.4 In line with the DCMS Voluntary Code we will not accept credit-card payments for any single account in excess of £250 per calendar month across all our products, and we do not accept credit cards for any instant-win product.
6.5 Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails we will retry for up to seven (7) days. During that period your Subscription is paused - no new entries will be allocated. You can resolve the failure by updating your payment method in your account. If we cannot collect the renewal within seven (7) days the Subscription is cancelled and clause 7.4 applies.
6.6 Refunds beyond the 14-day cooling-off period (clause 7.1) are limited. We do not refund the unused portion of a cycle that has already been paid, except where (a) we cancel the Subscription under clause 8, in which case we will refund any cycle billed but for which no entries had yet been allocated; or (b) we are required to refund by law.
7. Your Right to Cancel
7.1 Statutory 14-day cooling-off right.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel a Subscription within fourteen (14) days of the date you signed up, for any reason. If you cancel within the cooling-off window without having used the Subscription, we will refund all Subscription Fees paid, by the same method as you used to pay, within fourteen (14) days of being told of your decision.
If you ask us to begin providing the Subscription during the cooling-off window (i.e. you receive entries into a Competition that has run within the 14-day window), you confirm that you understand your statutory cancellation right may be lost once we have fully performed the relevant service.
7.2 Cancel any time after the cooling-off period.
You may cancel your Subscription at any point, for any reason. There is no minimum term, no notice period, and no cancellation fee. Cancel through your account on the Platform (Account → Subscriptions → Cancel) or by emailing support@vannycampers.co.uk.
After you cancel: (a) you will not be billed again; (b) any entries already allocated for the current cycle remain valid and stay in the relevant draws; (c) your Subscription benefits continue until the end of the current cycle; (d) we will not provide a partial refund for the unused portion of the cycle.
7.3 Cancellation form.
If you would rather cancel by letter, you may use the model cancellation form below (you don't have to - any clear statement of cancellation is fine).

7.4 If your Subscription is cancelled because of failed payment (clause 6.5), your account remains open and you can re-subscribe at any time. Entries already allocated for the current cycle remain valid.
8. Our Right to Suspend or Cancel
8.1 We may suspend or cancel a Subscription, with notice where reasonably practicable, where: (a) you are in serious breach of these Subscription Terms, the Competition Terms & Conditions, or the Acceptable Use Policy; (b) we identify indicators of harm in your activity that, after a tailored intervention under clause 15.5 of the Competition Terms & Conditions, are not resolved; (c) we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised use of a payment method; (d) we are required to by law or by a regulator; or (e) we decide to withdraw the Subscription product. In case (e) we will give at least thirty (30) days' notice.
8.2 On a cancellation under clause 8.1(e) we will refund any cycle billed but for which no entries had yet been allocated. Cancellation under clauses 8.1(a)–(d) is without refund except where we are required to refund by law.
9. Subscription Billing Provider
9.1 Our Subscription billing is currently processed by Seal Subscriptions (an EU-based Shopify app), with subscription data hosted on encrypted servers in Toronto, Canada. Seal holds your name, email, billing and shipping address, your Subscription history, and (where automatic charging is active) the last four digits, expiry date, and type of your payment card. They do not hold full card numbers.
9.2 Seal acts as a data processor on our behalf. Their privacy policy is at sealsubscriptions.com/legal/privacy-policy and their Data Protection Officer is dpo@sealsubscriptions.com.
9.3 The transfer of your data to Canada is covered by the UK adequacy regulations in respect of Canadian commercial organisations under PIPEDA, and the standard processor terms in our agreement with Seal include the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) safeguards where required.
10. Your Account
10.1 You must keep your account secure and keep your contact and payment details up-to-date. Notify us immediately at info@vannycampers.co.uk if you suspect your account has been used without your permission.
10.2 Where you cancel your Subscription, your account remains open and you can re-subscribe later or continue to enter one-off Competitions.
11. Data and Marketing
11.1 We process Subscription data - including billing data - under our Privacy Policy. Our retention and your data-rights are set out there.
11.2 We do not send marketing communications during a self-imposed suspension or after a permanent account closure. Subscribers in good standing receive service messages (renewal notices, draw confirmations) under our legitimate-interest basis; marketing is sent only where you have opted in.
12. Player Protection
12.1 The player-protection rules in clause 15 of the Competition Terms & Conditions apply to Subscriptions. In particular, you may set a monthly spend limit (including £0) that applies across your one-off entries and your Subscription Fees, and you may suspend your account at any time for a minimum of six (6) months - during which your Subscription will be cancelled and you will not be billed.
13. Liability
13.1 Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
13.2 Subject to clause 14.1, our total aggregate liability to a Subscriber in respect of the Subscription Terms and the Subscription itself, in any twelve-month period, is limited to the greater of £100 or the total Subscription Fees paid by you in that period. Liability in respect of a Prize you have won through a Subscription entry is governed by the Competition Terms & Conditions and is limited to the value of that Prize (or its cash alternative).
14. Complaints
14.1 If something goes wrong with your Subscription - a charge that looks wrong, a missing entry, an unclear renewal - please email complaints@vannycampers.co.uk. We follow the process set out in our Complaints Policy: acknowledgement within two (2) business days, substantive response within fourteen (14) business days, full resolution targeted within twenty-eight (28) days.
15. General
15.1 Governing law. These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
15.2 Jurisdiction. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK in which you live.
15.3 Severability, no waiver, third-parties, assignment - as set out in the Competition Terms & Conditions, clause 21.
