Verity is a custom-built 4-berth automatic MWB Mercedes Sprinter, built for the ultimate off-grid adventures. This camper brings warmth, practicality, and the freedom to explore wherever the journey takes you. The focus throughout is clean, uncluttered interiors, smart use of space, and dependable off-grid systems that are simple to use — a solid, reassuring van on the move, and a practical basecamp when you park up.

Verity comes with a purpose-designed, fully gas-free setup, offering approximately four days of off-grid energy without charging, an internal shower room, natural materials, and some of the most reliable equipment in the industry. Precision-cut laminated birch in apricot and red hues, custom green upholstery, and treated cork flooring give the whole van a warm, natural feel that photographs beautifully and lives even better. Sleeping four with a fixed double bed and a pop-top, seating four with four belted seats, Verity is a genuine four-person adventure van — not just a four-person sleeper.

The rear garage fits two mountain bikes and runs the New Zealand-designed Kiwi Cross modular storage system throughout, so bikes, boards, oars, and paddles all hang, clip, and stow with zero fuss. The 2025 Mercedes Sprinter base has approximately 16,500 miles on the clock, an automatic gearbox, is fully ULEZ compliant, and has MOT covered until June 2027. What kind of campervans do you give away?

Every VC van is a premium, fully hand-built conversion. No flat-pack kitchens, no carpet on the walls. Think real wood, proper kitchens with compressor fridges and gas hobs, hot showers, diesel heating, lithium batteries, solar panels, and comfortable beds. Every van has its own name and personality.

What base vehicles do you use?

We use Mercedes Sprinters, VW Crafters, Fiat Ducatos, and Peugeot Boxers. All of them are under 3.5 tonnes, which means they can be driven on a standard UK driving licence.

Who builds the vans?

We work with a small number of trusted specialist UK converters. We also now build vans in-house at our Bristol workshop. Every build is checked by the VC team before it goes live.

Is the van insured when I collect it?

The van will be registered in your name. You'll need to arrange your own insurance before driving it away. We can advise on this after you win!

Can I see the full spec of the current van?

Yes. Every competition page on vannycampers.co.uk has a full breakdown of the van's spec, including the base vehicle, conversion details, electrical setup, sleeping capacity, kitchen, bathroom, and more. There's also a video walkthrough on our socials..

How do I collect the van if I win?

Our team will contact you after the draw to arrange everything. Collection is from Bristol. We'll do a full handover with you so you know exactly how everything works before you drive away.

What if I don't have a driving licence?

The van can still be registered in your name. You'll just need a licensed driver to collect it and drive it for you.

Do I need a special licence to drive it?

No. All our vans are under 3.5 tonnes and are able to be driven by anyone with a standard UK driving licence.

Is the van insured when I collect it?

The van will be registered in your name during handover but you will need to arrange your own insurance before driving it away. We work closely with a specialist insurer and are able to help with this process.
