Terms of Service
Your contract with VannyCampers when you use our Platform

These Terms of Service govern your overall relationship with us — your account, your purchases, your Subscription, and the way we provide our service. They sit alongside our Competition Terms & Conditions (which govern individual draws), our Privacy Policy (which covers your data), our Terms of Use (which govern the Platform itself), and our Acceptable Use Policy (which governs conduct).
If anything in this document conflicts with the Competition Terms & Conditions on a Competition matter, the Competition Terms & Conditions take precedence. For other matters, this document takes precedence over the Terms of Use.
1. Who we are and how to contact us
1.1 VannyCampers Ltd, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 13264401), registered office Bristol, United Kingdom. Trading as VannyCampers.
1.2 Email info@vannycampers.co.uk for general queries, privacy@vannycampers.co.uk for data queries, complaints@vannycampers.co.uk for complaints.
2. Acceptance and changes
2.1 By creating an account, placing an order, subscribing, or using the Platform you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Platform.
2.2 We may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version is shown on the Platform with a version date. For material changes we will give reasonable advance notice.
3. Your account
3.1 You must be 18 or over and resident in the UK, the Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands to register an account.
3.2 You must register only one account. You must not let anyone else use your account. The information on your account must be accurate and kept up-to-date.
3.3 You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Tell us immediately if you suspect your account has been used without your permission. We accept no liability for losses caused by you sharing or failing to protect your password.
3.4 You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by emailing info@vannycampers.co.uk. Closure does not refund tickets already entered into a draw.
4. Payments and prices
4.1 Prices for entries and Subscriptions are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) on the Platform, inclusive of VAT where applicable. We may change prices from time to time but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
4.2 We accept payment by debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and any other payment method shown at checkout. We do not store full card numbers — these are held securely by our payment processors.
4.3 In line with the DCMS Voluntary Code we do not accept credit-card payments from any single account in excess of £250 in any calendar month.
4.4 If a payment is reversed, charged back, or fails after a ticket has been allocated, we may void the ticket, suspend or close your account, and recover any Prize value paid out on the strength of that ticket. You are liable for any reasonable costs we incur in recovering an unjustified chargeback.
5. Subscriptions
5.1 Subscriptions are recurring agreements that give you automatic entries into Competitions for a regular fee. Tier, fee, billing day, and entry allocation are shown on the sign-up page and confirmed in your sign-up email.
5.2 Cancel any time. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. You may cancel at any point, through your account or by emailing info@vannycampers.co.uk. There is no minimum term, no notice period, and no cancellation fee. After cancellation we will not bill you again. Your Subscription benefits (including any allocated entries) will continue through to the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for the unused portion of a cycle that has already been paid, other than (a) the statutory cooling-off right in clause 5.3 below; or (b) the migration-opt-out right in clause 5.5.
5.3 Statutory cancellation rights. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a Subscription from the date you sign up. If you have already used the Subscription (i.e. an entry has been allocated to a Competition that has run within the 14-day window), we may, in line with the Regulations, retain a proportionate amount for entries already received. Beyond the 14-day window, you may cancel under clause 5.2.
5.4 Failed payment. If a Subscription payment fails, we will retry for up to seven (7) days. If still unpaid, we will pause your Subscription. You can resume by updating your payment method. Pausing does not refund cycles already paid.
6. Refunds and our right to correct errors
6.1 Entries are final once allocated. Refunds for entries are limited to the cases set out in our Competition Terms & Conditions, clause 13.
6.2 Where we discover that an order, entry, balance, or Prize allocation was made in error (technical fault, duplicate, mis-priced, etc.), we may correct the error: by reversing the entry; by refunding the corresponding amount to the original payment method; by issuing site credit; or by re-running the affected step. We will explain any correction we make and any preference you have between the available remedies will be respected where reasonably possible.
6.3 If we have over-credited your account in error, we may reverse the credit without prior notice. If you have already withdrawn an over-credited amount, you must repay it to us promptly on request.
7. Service availability
7.1 We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may schedule maintenance, fix bugs, and make changes from time to time. Where reasonably possible we will give advance notice of significant changes.
7.2 Where a draw is affected by a service outage we will follow the integrity rules in our Competition Terms & Conditions and rely on the records on our systems as the authoritative record of entries.
8. Intellectual property
8.1 We (or our licensors) own all intellectual property rights in the Platform, including text, photographs, video, the VannyCampers brand, our van names, logos, layouts and code. You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
8.2 You must not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise exploit the Platform or any part of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full conduct rules.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
9.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
9.2 Subject to clause 9.1, our total aggregate liability to you in any twelve-month period for any matter relating to these Terms of Service is limited to the greater of £100 or the amount you have paid us in that period.
9.3 Subject to clause 9.1, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
10. Complaints
10.1 If something goes wrong, email complaints@vannycampers.co.uk. We will acknowledge within two (2) business days and substantively respond within fourteen (14) business days. See Competition Terms & Conditions clause 20 for full details, including ADR.
11. General
11.1 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
11.2 Jurisdiction. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK in which you live.
11.3 Severability, no waiver, third parties - same as Competition Terms & Conditions clause 21.
11.4 Assignment. We may assign these Terms (in whole or in part) on notice; you may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
