Are VannyCampers legit?

We sure are! Being the UK's first exclusive campervan competition company, we have over 50 campervan winners and counting. Each winner has left a review and has had their pick-up filmed. All available to see on our winner's page, Trustpilot, and YouTube.

How do I enter?

Visit the Enter page and click on the competition you wish to enter. Choose the amount of entries you would like. Answer the multiple choice question CORRECTLY, incorrect entries will not count. You will need to tick the box to confirm that you accept our terms and conditions. You can read them by clicking here. You will need to create an account and then pay for you ticket on our the payment page. 

How does it work?

After you have purchased a ticket, you will be sent confirmation email to verify that your payment has gone through and you have successfully purchased a ticket. Following that email, you will be assigned your ticket number to our database. You will then receive a further email confirming your ticket numbers. All tickets purchased will have their own individual number which will be entered into the live draw.

I haven't received an email confirmation or ticket number?

Email confirmations & ticket numbers will be received within 48 hours of your purchase, if you haven't received these please log in to your account and your ticket numbers should be visible by clicking on the order number (in the rectangle box). If they are not, please get in touch with us and we will either find them or send them out manually for you. This is often down to email addresses input with an error. 

How do I view my ticket numbers?

Log into your account on our website and all previous orders will be visible. Click on each order number to view the ticket numbers for that order. Tickets are also added to the entry list page automatically shortly after purchase. 

Where can I see all the ticket numbers?

All ticket numbers will be displayed on our 'entry lists' page here, & are put up an hour or two prior to the live draw beginning.

Can I pick my ticket numbers?

No, ticket numbers are randomly picked, customers are unable to pick their own numbers.

When does the competition end?

The competition end & draw dates are specified on the individual entry pages.

How will the winner be chosen?

We use the random number selector on Google to select the winner.

Where can I view the live stream of the draw?

The draw will be streamed live via our social media pages on Facebook here, Instagram here & YouTube here.

When are the winners picked?

Winners are picked on the FIRST & THIRD Tuesday of each month.

What time does the live draw start?

The live draw starts at 0805pm on Facebook & Youtube and at 0810pm on Instagram.

How will the winner be notified?

We contact all of our winners via telephone during our live draws. If we are unsuccessful, we will text and then email the winners to notify them. 

How will non-winners be notified?

The day after every single draw, we end out an email to our subscribers and post a list of winners on our social media & website. 

Do I need to be watching the live draw to win?

No, winners do not need to be watching the live draw in order to win. We contact all of winners via telephone during the live draw then, via text and email after the draw is finished.

Why is there a question on the entry page?

There is a question on the entry page to each competition which needs to be answered correctly in order to be entered. This is present due to legal guidelines of which we have to operate within. Without the question, we would be running an illegal, unlicensed raffle. Do I need to get the answer right to win?

Yes, the answer does count. Once you have chosen your answer it cannot be amended afterwards so please choose wisely.

What happens if you do not sell all of the tickets?

Every draw is guaranteed regardless of ticket sales. 

How does the draw process work if there are unsold tickets?

Tickets are issued randomly between the amount available. If a number is generated that doesn't have a ticket number allocated to it, we generate again until a number comes up that has a ticket allocated to it.

Do you offer discounted ticket prices?

Yes! All competitions are discounted on Early Bird pricing for the first 48 hours that they are live on the website. We always send out an email to our subscribers notifying them of new competitions on the day that they go live.

How old do I need to be in order to take part?

You need to be 18 and over to take part in any of our competitions.

Where are you based?

We are based in the beautiful balloon filled city of Bristol. 

Can I enter from outside of the UK?

Competitions are only open to all residents in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or Channel Islands.

How heavy are the vans & can I drive them on normal licence?

All of our campervans are below the 3.5T limit and  can be driven on a standard UK licence. 

I don't have a driving licence, can I still enter?

Yes, you can still enter and the van will be registered in your name but you will need someone who does have a licence and valid insurance to be able to drive it away. 

What happens if I win?

All winners will notified by telephone during the live draw, if we are unable to reach a winner, we will also contact them via email the day after the live draw.

For campervan wins, we will then arrange a date for collection from Bristol. We give the winner a full tour of their new vehicle, explaining every detail of their new camper, addressing any questions or queries. Finally, the V5 certificate ownership will be signed over to the winner online and then off they go in their new campervan!

For smaller prizes, the winner's address will be verified via email the day after the draw. Once verified, the prize will be dispatched to that address. 

For cash prizes, the winners chosen bank details will be requested the day after the draw, once confirmed, the money will be transferred within 24 hours.

How do I change/update my personal details or email address?

We have to manually process all updates or changes to personal details and email addresses. Please message us with your request by using our contact page here or by emailing us at admin@vannycampers.co.uk. 

Can I buy a ticket as a gift for someone else?

As much as we want this to be possible, due to GDPR guidelines, customers are unable to purchase tickets as gifts for other people.
