How do I enter?

Visit the ‘Enter’ page, answer the question correctly, select the number of tickets you want to buy and click buy now.

How does it work?

After you have purchased a ticket, you will be sent confirmation email to verify that your payment has gone through and you have successfully purchased a ticket. Following that email, you will be randomly assigned your ticket number to our database. You will then receive a further email confirming your ticket numbers. All tickets purchased will have their own individual number which will be entered into the live draw.

Why do I need a login?

We never wanted to use a login facility on our website but we continuously receive emails and messages for lost or forgotten ticket numbers. Previously, this has been fine but we are dealing with much larger amounts of entrants on our competitions now. With the login facility, each entrant is able to go in and view their purchased tickets along with their numbers saving both you guys and us time.

I haven't received an email confirmation or ticket number?

Email confirmations & ticket numbers will be received within 48 hours of your purchase, if you haven't received these please login and your ticket numbers should be visible by clicking on the order number (in the rectangle box). If they are not, please get in touch with us and we will either find them or send them out manually for you. This is often down to email addresses input with an error. 

Where can I see all the ticket numbers?

All ticket numbers will be displayed on our 'entry lists' page here, they are put up an hour or two prior to the live draw.  

When does the competition end?

The competition end & draw dates are specified on the individual entry pages.

How will the winner be chosen?

We use the random number selector on Google to select the winner.

Where will the winner be chosen?

The draw will be streamed live via our social media pages on Facebook here & Instagram here.

How will the winner be notified?

We contact all of our winners via telephone during our live draws. If we are unsuccessful, we will text and then email the winners to notify them. Winners do not need to be watching the live draw in order to win.

Do I need to get the answer right to win?

Yes, the answer does count. Once you have chosen your answer it cannot be amended afterwards so please choose wisely.

Do you offer discounted ticket prices?

Yes! All competitions are discounted on Early Bird pricing for the first 48 hours that they are live on the website. We always send out an email to our subscribers notifying them of new competitions on the day that they go live.

How old do I need to be in order to take part?

You need to be 18 to take part in any of our competitions.

Can I enter from outside of the UK?

Unfortunately, due to the logistics of the van being collected by the winner, entrants can only take part if they live within the UK

I don't have a driving licence, can I still enter?

Yes, you can still enter and the van will be registered in your name but you will need someone who does have a licence and valid insurance to be able to drive it away. 

Where is the van?

Our vans are located in Bristol.

What happens if I win?

The winner will notified by telephone during the live draw and also via email. We will then arrange for collection. Before handover, the V5 certificate ownership will be signed over to the winner and off they go in their new campervan!
